General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between Team Gosh, whose registered office is located at 15, IMPASSE DES EPINGUY – 74100 VETRAZ-MONTHOUX, France, registered under Siren number 838 041 341 00028, and any person making a purchase on the website https://team-gosh.com.

1. Ordering Procedure

To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to their shopping cart, then follow the order process by providing the necessary information. The order will be considered final after payment validation.

2. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, via Stripe or Klarna. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Prices displayed on the website are in euros and include VAT.

3. Delivery

Delivery is free and takes place within 5 to 15 days from order confirmation. Deliveries are made to all countries.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To do so, the customer must inform Team Gosh of their decision to withdraw by email to info@team-gosh.com.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Guarantees

Products sold on the website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity, the customer must contact customer service at the email address mentioned above.

6. Liability

Team Gosh cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on the website, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on its part.
